Chief Executive Officer
Boasting a decade of hands-on experience in the affordable housing sector, Laurens has built a powerhouse team and established efficient operational processes. With an acute awareness of area-specific risks, he has streamlined protocols for maintenance, evictions, and refinancing. As the driving force of our firm, Laurens’ primary responsibilities lie in finding lucrative investment deals and raising private finance.
Holding a Bachelor of Business Science degree and a postgraduate diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Town. Thierry is also a registered Chartered Accountant (South Africa) with over 5 years of experience as a tax specialist, and holding a master’s degree in tax from the University of Cape Town. With an extensive background in the financial services sector, Thierry brings a wealth of expertise, particularly in listed real estate investment trusts, to our financial leadership team, driving our company’s fiscal excellence and strategic financial planning.
